Welcome to "Altitude Adjustment" our townhome at Echota on the Ridge is centrally located in the Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk Areas. $$$$SPECIAL$$$Autumn season is here. Inquire me about those discounts( From Oct 21st thru Nov 15th), and from( Nov 28th thru Dec 17th ), Stay 4 nights for $900..Stay 3 nights for $725 ( ALL FEES ARE INCLUDED in price) Amenities include 2 pools 2 hot tubs, ( after mid October just the Indoor pool and hot tub are available, pool table, exercise facilities plus gorgeous mountain views from our balcony combined with a peaceful, quiet place to relax and chill. Oct/Nov slots available so get yourself booked or inquire about discounts for week/weeks long stays to see Autumn Colors, App State games, Acorns and Antlers Singer Songwriter Week(Sept 23rd-26th, Land of Oz Sept weekends, Wooly Worm Festival in October. The weather is usually Sunny, dry Crisp and cool I have early booking discounts for OCTOBER (mid-weeks) already priced in. Autumn Colors here in the Blue Ridge Mnts is absolutely gorgeous

Go hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway or Grandfather Mountain.Go ziplining at Hawksnest which is close by in Seven Devils.Tweetsie Railroad is a great family fun day. also try out the Alpine slide in Banner Elk or Rent dirt bikes at Beech Mountain and be chairlifted back up to do it over and over again. Relax afterwards at our community indoor hot tub & indoor heated large swimming pool just minutes away.Also you are just steps away from our clubhouse where there is also a large beautifully furnished " Great Room" with a large big screen TV and fireplace at the clubhouse for enjoy a great sporting event. Our townhome is a gorgeous, impeccably clean and very roomy home that has a fully stocked kitchen for your stay. The home has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed, a Day bed and a single bed. The King Master Suite on the 1st floor has a full size walking closet, a newly tiled walkin shower and a separate soaking tub. The queen bedroom located upstairs also has a Day Bed. The King bedroom upstairs has a children's nook where a single bed is located. We take pride in making sure you have all the little things to make cooking a breeze. Pots and pans are updated each year. Full size washer and dryer. The smart TV in the large living room and the King bedroom upstairs has streaming capabilities along with cable. Other bedrooms have cable TV access only. Just steps away from our outdoor clubhouse which has a heated pool and hot tub which is open during the warmer months. ( May -October)Our 2nd clubhouse is( Open year round) completely indoors so you can swim in a heated pool and it also has a jacuzzi/ hot tub during the colder months. The porch view has a limited layered mountain view. Amenities include 2 clubhouses that has an up to date equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines, weights and are open all year long. Also, a basketball area in the 2nd clubhouses parking lot. (( OWNER/HOST FEES are for our wonderful cleaning staff and the daily Amenities fee that Echota requires us to charge)) GAS FIREPLACE IS NOT operational in our home....Located just minutes from Valle Crusis, Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk. Also 20 minutes from Sugar Mountain and 30 minutes from Beech Mountain for snow activities and summer activities.
AWD or 4WD is recommended but not required in the winter months.
This home is not pet friendly due to HOA Rules. I love dogs personally Thank you for not bringing pets into this home unless they are service animals with documentation
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort by guests unless you have documentation that they are service animals.
Guests of Altitude Adjustment have access privileges to all the following Echota amenities:
- Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs.

Loved our weekend at this townhouse. Very clean, well equipped and the easy entry was great for my 82 year old parents. Loved that there was paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries to get us started! Hated that it was too cold to enjoy the back deck. We'll just have to come back for that!

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. Paul was a wonderful host and quick to respond when we had questions. Our family had a great time. We loved that the outdoor pool was a short walk. We definitely will be back!!

We had a terrific stay at Paul's property for my family's 36th reunion. The unit was perfect for different generations. Access was easy for my 85 year old mother, and the pool and clubhouse were close by for my great nieces. I love that this property is "off the main drag" on a cul de sac. Parking was a bit more limited, but the main road can get a little busy. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Loved having a lot of storage space in the kitchen for food, beverages, Crock-Pots, etc. in the pantry. Having 2 thermostats helped us be sure that temperatures were pleasant on both levels. Thanks for the great home base for our reunion, Paul!
