Nestled in the breathtaking North Carolina Mountains - perfectly situated between Boone and Banner Elk. This is the perfect couples retreat with 3 King en suite bedrooms!
Located in the exclusive gated community - Echota on the Ridge. This newly remodeled condo offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and breathtaking natural beauty. This is the perfect place to rest after a day of hiking Grandfather Mountain or shopping in Boone/Blowing Rock. (And remember for this winter - skiing at the local resorts! Only 9 miles from Sugar Mountain and 16 miles from Beech Ski Mountain!)
Enjoy the spacious private balcony with relaxing furniture and views that cannot be put into words! (Just look at our Reviews!) The balcony is accessible from the large primary bedroom or the main living area. Savor your morning coffee while taking in the crisp mountain air, or unwind with a cocktail while watching the sun setting behind the rolling peaks.
The open concept living area is tastefully furnished, providing a cozy ambiance for relaxation or socializing. The large windows showcase the awe-inspiring views of the surrounding mountains. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a cozy, gas-burning stone fireplace with remote control. A washer and dryer are available in the unit.
Enjoy a movie on our Smart TVs (Spectrum is included, but bring your passwords for any other streaming channels).
Each of the three bedrooms offers luxurious king size beds for a peaceful night's sleep. With plush bedding, ample storage space and stylish decor, you'll feel right at home. All bedrooms have large Smart TVs and private bathrooms. The primary bathroom features a glorious soaking tub and heated towel rack!
This unit is in the "Echota on the Ridge" development. There are no stairs necessary to get from your car to the front door. RidgeCrest is all one level!. We have access to 20+ acres of private fishing along the Watauga River. Grandfather Mountain Winery and area ski slopes are all nearby.
Other amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, and a charming Adirondack-style lodge where you can relax. The clubhouse is just a short walk away but has ample parking if you want to drive.

The host was fantastic. Always quick to respond! The condo was impeccable. We loved the views! We enjoyed a very peaceful two night stay on top of a mountain. We will be back again someday.

Second visit and hopefully not the last. If you are looking for a luxurious stay with some amazing mountain vista views, this condo has it! Very well appointed, fireplace was great. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

We were really impressed and pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Plenty of living space, nice kitchen, and great views. I really liked the open floor plan in main space—great for families with smaller children. Everything was super clean and all appliances worked efficiently. Extra bonus was how well stocked it was. I wasn’t expecting to have soap/detergent/cleaning supplies provided by the host. Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a fine stay for us booking last minute. We liked that there were a full set of dishes a cookware in the kitchen. The only complaints we had were there wasn’t enough toilet paper or paper towels for us. We had to buy our own and we barely used what came with the condo The towels had stains on them. Mainly all the white washcloths. The floors were very dusty in the living room and dining room. The decor of the antlers and weapons scared our kids.
