24 hour guarded full service luxury apartment, 1450 square feet, 10 min walk to Beverly Hills and a block from sunset plaza. 2 balconies, centrally located, Pool, jacuzzi, gym, peloton, fire pit, dog park and free valet all 24 hours. (Very safe neighborhood with a 24 hr doorman a modern lobby/driveway with fountain and 3 minute walk to sunset Plaza- full of restaurants, hotels and coffee shops.
1 bedroom and 2 full bath. Building has a very strict security so entry to the premises and elevator requires a fob that only works during stay

Free valet. Can’t self park. Tipping is not necessary. Washer and drier is next to the unit in the hallway by the elevator.
