Step outside to a shaded front porch—perfect for sipping coffee and watching the village come to life. The property also features a long, wide driveway with space for multiple vehicles

- The garage is not accessible to guests for vehicles but can be used for bike storage upon request

- 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the Greenport Train Station, Hampton Jitney stop, and Shelter Island Ferry.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. The location could not have been better—steps from the main strip, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area.Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for the ideal combination of cleanliness, convenience, and coziness!
