Central air. Gas stove. Combining the charm of an antique home with modern comfort. Quiet location in the historic district. Relaxing, fenced garden, with gas and coal bbq. A fire pit, and an array of lounging areas, with sun and shade available at all hours. Train, Jitney, Ferry, Restaurants, Shops and waterfront less than 1/2 mile.

Property was great. Well stocked with everything you'd need. The weather happened to get chilly and there was an issue with the heat not being turned on for the first time of the fall season...the property owner was super responsive in getting the issue addressed the same day so our kids were not cold.Backyard was super cute and we enjoyed a late night fire in the pit.Bonus was the dart board in the sun room!We hope to stay here again soon!

This house was great for us! We were in town for a reunion/wedding and we really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and walkable to everything in Greenport. The house was also well stocked with everything we needed while visiting and the host was responsive and helpful with our questions. The only challenge of the house for our group was the bedroom/bathroom situation, as you needed to go through one bedroom to access the second bedroom and bathroom. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and worth it for the price of the home. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent this home again!
