Step outside to a private backyard patio strung with twinkling lights—an ideal setting for morning coffee, al fresco dinners, or relaxing under the stars. Enjoy meals at the umbrella-shaded dining table in a peaceful, tucked-away setting.

- A long, wide driveway with space for multiple vehicles
- A spacious, grassy side yard—great for lawn games or relaxing in the sunshine

- 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the Greenport Train Station, Hampton Jitney stop, and Shelter Island Ferry.

Great stay from start to finish. The house is furnished so tastefully. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is kept immaculate. The location of property is perfect. Walking distance to village and all the cute shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Village Villa 1st Floor and will be back.
