You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

The house was great! Amazing kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The beds were also comfortable. The hot tub was so appreciated since it was somewhat cool and rainy most of our time here. Our one disappointment was the listing described a game room/arcade, which we were looking forward to. I was told it was no longer available and or/accessible.Additionally, the master toilet would often times not fill with water after flushing so the stopper had to be pushed down manually. This was brought to the attention of the host so I assume this has been resolved.. Overall, a great place to stay!!!

Very nice, clean, PERFECT location. The second bathroom has a tub with a removable shower head however you cannot stand up to shower as you would run into the wall (too small of a space to stand to shower). PERFECT for kids, does not really work as a shower for adults. Would absolutely rent again-hot tub lovely, private. Again the location is PERFECT to get you anywhere you want to be in Lexington, especially downtown. Owners to stellar with communication.
