The house was perfect for a large group of us to enjoy the weekend at Railbird music festival. It was clean, had a great backyard/fire pit, and was in a nice neighborhood which connects to a paved walking trail. Of note, the online diagram for Bedroom 1 is not correct, as it contains only one king and two twins (including a trundle); but Julie quickly clarified that when I asked. Also, the August locks instead of a traditional keypad could be trickier for people don't have access to a smartphone.
Overall, the house was great and I would definitely book again!

I don’t plan to use HomeAway again. At the last minute I had to give the names and phone numbers of all my family. This was necessary to put an app on our phones to unlock the door. It was very stressful to go through the process and my family did not like giving up so much personal information. There was not enough sitting room for us to visit. We could sit to eat but one large corner couch without support did not work.
