Cocoonr∕Book&pay agency is offering this 55 m² house for rent in Missillac, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It consists of a 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with shower. Enjoy a jacuzzi on the terrace! Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 38 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- Covered and tiled 18 m² south-facing terrace with Jacuzzi
The house is ideally located in Missillac, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities :
- Visit the Château de la Bretesche and its 18-hole golf course just a few minutes away
- Stroll around the ponds and forests of Missillac
- Discover the Brière Regional Nature Park with its marshes, boat trips and local wildlife
- Equestrian centre and horse riding in the surrounding countryside
- Visit La Roche-Bernard, a town full of character with its port, craftsmen and art galleries
- Tree climbing and outdoor activities at the Escapades Verticales park in La Roche-Bernard
- Relax on the beaches of Pénestin (around 30 minutes away) or La Baule (40 minutes away)
- Hiking and mountain biking on local trails
- Local markets and local produce in the surrounding villages
- Day trip to Guérande to visit the salt marshes and medieval town
- Visit the port and shipyards of Saint-Nazaire, 40 minutes away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
