Gîte located in the village, in the heart of Brière National Park, 25 km from La Baule and Guérande (near the owners' house). 170 m² enclosed garden with south-facing terrace.
Ground floor: Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, 2: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: freezer, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, and a baby crib upon request.
All-inclusive: gas heating, sheets (beds made), towels/household linens, electricity, and firewood. Optional cleaning fee (€70).
