In Arzal, 10 mins from La Roche Bernard (small town of character) and the beaches of Pénestin (Gold Mine) and its customs paths.
30 mins from the ramparts of Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, and halfway between the Guérande Peninsula (and its salt marshes) and the Rhuys Peninsula.
Close to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Grande Brière Regional Park.

Located 2 steps from the marina in a quiet area, this recently renovated house for 6 people is the ideal starting point for your holidays in Morbihan.
Composed of: on the first floor: a single-storey entrance, large living room with living / dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, WC, bedroom with 1 double bed and private bathroom with sink and shower. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. Attached garage and free parking opposite. Fully fenced garden with terrace. Pets not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning included.
AT YOUR DISPOSAL FREE OF CHARGE:
Baby cot, booster chair, books, DVDs, board games, washing machine, bicycles (man/woman/girl, boy), small barbecue, vegetable patches, dish towels and hand towels, basic equipment and cleaning products. Bed linen available from 3 nights.

Bed linen available for stays of less than 3 nights: 50e/stay for all beds or 15e/bed
