Gîte located in the countryside, in a village bordering the Brière Regional Park, at the gateway to Morbihan and the Guérande Peninsula, housed in a typical Nantes house (all upstairs). Private enclosed garden of 315 m² with garden furniture, swing, and barbecue.
Comfortable gîte: fitted kitchen opening onto a south-facing living/dining room, 3 bedrooms (1: two 100x200 cm beds, 2: 160x200 cm bed, 3: 90x200 cm bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: baby equipment, stereo, DVD player, freezer, mini foosball/pool/tennis table, Wi-Fi access.
Included: electric heating, electricity, sheets.
