Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this studio for rent in the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins (Fréhel), 200 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 22 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of an 18 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with bath, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
The apartment is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities :
- Cap Fréhel (cliffs) - about 8.5 km (≈ 10 min by car)
- Fort La Latte - ~10 min by car
- Walks on the GR34 - customs path, accessible on foot
- Sandy beaches 5-10 min by car
- Water sports: paddle, kayak, sand yachting, coastal horseback riding
- Hiking and mountain biking around the cape and surrounding area
- Playgrounds, mini-golf, tennis, boules pitch... available in the commune
- Birdwatching in the Cap Nature Reserve
- Local markets and cultural events in season

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one space reserved).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Gare de Saint-Malo (TGV) - approx. 40 min
- Gare de Saint-Brieuc (TGV) - approx. 50 min
