Independent little house, next to the owner's with private enclosed garden of 120 sq m, borded by a small river with orchard and field with sheeps. Ground floor : living room with lounge area and kitchen corner, 1 sgle bedroom with lounge, bathroom with toilet. First floor : 1 dble bedroom (1 160x200 large dble bed). Beds made at arrival. Baby equipment at disposal on request. Wood supplied on request. Pretty little independent house close to the owners, whose decoration was entirely carried out by Anthony, painter decorator who worked for big names, like Elton John or the Belgian royal family. Patricia, a specialized teacher and musician, provides the little ones with many indoor and outdoor games. You will enjoy enjoying the surrounding greenery and the wood fire in the small Nordic stove in the main room. Very pleasant pied-à-terre just 2.2 km from the large sandy beach of Les Sables d'Or Les Pins and the GR 34, more commonly known as the coastal path. This pleasant pied-à-terre, located just 2.2 km from the beaches of Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, between Erquy and Cap Fréhel, is ideally designed to accommodate a family of 3 people. On site, many games will keep the children occupied.
