About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 31 m² studio apartment for rent in the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins (Fréhel), 200 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- 27 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
The apartment is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.
Activities :
- Fréhel boasts several beaches, including the Sables d'Or, with numerous restaurants nearby, a casino, golf course, tennis courts, inflatables for children, rosalie rentals and a nautical center.
- Visits to Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte.
- Sables d'or les pins beach, 200 m away
- Anse du Croc beach, a magnificent sandy beach overlooking Cap Fréhel, less than 1 km away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one space reserved).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, 23 km (25 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 107 km (1 h 21 min by car)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
