The pool is nice. The ocean is fabulous. It is a little dated but that was okay for us.

Upon arrival I had not received a code to get into our room. We sat out in the hall for about 15 minutes on the phone with the resort trying to get our code.Next, our daughter wanted to sleep on the pull out couch but quickly noticed what looked like a pee stain tucked away on the corner of the bed. She then went to sleep on the top bunk where there wasn't a pillow for her to lay her head down, we made due with a pillow from the couch. And last but most certainty not least, the day after we arrived my oldest 17 year old daughter wanted to sleep in while me,my husband, and youngest went down to the beach for a few minutes to look for seashells. We hadn't been down there 10 minutes and my daughter said someone rang the door bell. She purposely did not answer the door because she figured it was us and we knew the code to get back inside the room. She continued to sleep until an apparent worker let himself in to our room (right after noone answered the door). Which woke her up. She asked what he wanted or needed. He proceeded to tell her he was going to change the air filter. She told him no and now wasnt a good time. During this time she had me on the phone(mom) I was up the elevator to our floor within 2 minutes . He thankfully had left the room. Number 1, the air filter we had was spotless. Number 2 none of us called and requested this. Number 3 , was it someone noticed us leave the room and was going to check things out to see what they could possibly take?
