This property really does give our guests the full Lake Effect. With 3 kayaks, an 80 ft dock, and a boat launch just a hop away, guests can enjoy West Twin lake to its full extent. It also sleeps 8 with 2 full bathrooms so the whole family can enjoy the scenery. So come experience the Lake Effect.

Air Conditioning: There is no AC at this location. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, and one over the dining table.
ATVs: ATVs are not permitted for use on the property.
Animals: Deer, Chipmunks, and Squirrels.
Bathrooms: There are two full baths at this location.
Main: Full bath with walk-in shower
Second: Full bath with shower/tub combo
Beach/Swimming: This property sits on West Twin Lake. The area is grassy up to the lake, and a hard sandy bottom once in the water. The lake itself has a gradual slope into the water, and stays shallow for quite a bit.

Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.
Fireplace: There are two fireplaces at the location. They are currently inactive, and we ask you do not turn them on during your stay.

Fishing: Walleye, largemouth bass, and smallmouth bass can be found in West Twin Lake.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.

We had an amazing time. The foosball was a major hit with the grandkids. We also enjoyed kayaking on West Twin Lake.

House has plenty of room for a family. Great location on the water. Local marina has cheap boat rentals. Yard service came while we were there, but they were early, quick and politely moved our gear to finish their job. House stayed cool all day. Would visit again.

Just what we wanted. A clean well cared for home on a beautiful lake. Close to restaurants and grocery store. An easy vacation.
