Terrific day all around. Fabulous location! Incredible size for the location and price. Kitchen was well stocked. All the beds were comfy. Some nice extra touches like fully stocked spice rack, an air fryer, and a twin air mattress. If you’re not used to Manhattan you might find the space a bit small/tight but I don’t think we could possibly have found anything better! There is not a lot of extra space in the bedrooms, but that is to be expected right in the heart of the city. Also note that it’s a fourth floor walk up. Not a problem for our group but I know that could be difficult for some. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

We had a great visit to NYC for a NYU graduation. Location was great, kept us central to my son’s college’s graduation, his place in Brooklyn and all his spots near the school. Place was fully stocked, very clean and comfortable for us all. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place for my family attending our daughter's graduation. Location close to food and subway we're fantastic and the property was very clean and convenient. Really appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Thank you!

Great location and overall a nice space (4th floor walk up- we missed that detail prior to arrival). Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our entire stay, and the apartment became very hot and stuffy. We had to reach out multiple times each day to get updates, and while a technician did come by once, the issue was never resolved. Despite being told someone would return or call the next day, that never happened, even after several follow-up messages. The lack of responsiveness and temperature control made the stay quite uncomfortable especially sleeping, which was disappointing for our mom's 85th birthday get together.
