Madison Square Garden 6 Bedroom Loft

We absolutely loved our stay here in NYC! We could see Madison Square Garden from the living room, great views in every room! We had everything we needed; the place was clean and just like the pictures. The shared space and kitchen were perfect for us girls to hang out, and each room was comfortable and cozy. We loved the location, very central and we felt very safe. Our hosts were very detailed and responsive, and we kind and understanding over a broken glass. Hope to get the opportunity to stay again! Would recommend to any groups coming into the city!

The location cannot be beat! Close to the subway and the Garden. Right in mid-town. By Manhattan standards, it was spacious, though three of the beds are full size and not queen size. It is clear that this is a well used space and could use a bit of TLC after so many guests. There are steps to get to the bathrooms, so do not rent if you cannot do a couple of steps. The city is loud and bright and the curtains do not block that out at all.

This place is great, we stay here every time we come to New York. The owners are very helpful, very attentive. Check-in and check-out process works great. Location is an easy walk to Times Square and right next to Penn Station. It’s in a good neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here over a hotel anytime. We just booked our third visit.

This property is secure and has a good location. The host responded to text messages. The photos of the property were photoshopped. The walls are dingy and in dire need of a coat of paint. The furniture is old and the chairs are not sturdy. Overall, the kitchen is good but the dishwasher is not installed properly and moves forward when the racks are pulled out. There is a radiator in the main area which put out a lot of heat at times making the room hot. The AC unit in the main area did not work well. There are exposed pipes in the main area as well as in the walls that make loud noises. One night in particular they were intermittently so loud that some of us were awakened several times during the night. There needs to be a lamp in each bedroom. There is not enough space in the bedrooms to open your luggage. The bathrooms are small and need updating. The shower door in one is very hard to close and the floor gets wet. The group prior to ours had broken the door of the other shower and we were unable to use it the first night. The property manager came over the second evening and cleaned up the glass and hung a shower curtain. A couple days later the building supervisor showed up in the stairwell unannounced to measure for a new door. The toilet paper holder in one bathroom was unusable and needs to be replaced. The outlet plate in the bedroom with no window is hanging off the wall and the wires are exposed which is a safety hazard.
