Very clean, good location. Host very helpful sorting initial irritants. Very nice high end kitchen . Master suite very big and en suite good size. Good hanging space. Very comfortable beds. Perfect layout for a family of 4/5
Only 2 bathrooms plus extra loo instead of stated 3 bathrooms. No drawers so living out of suitcases, Lack of 3rd full bathroom did not work so well with 3 adult unrelated couples who preferred not to share a bathroom.

The location was perfect for exploring the city.
More drinking glasses are needed- there was one normal glass, the rest were wine glasses. Also the ice was all clumped up and actually went and bought a bag.

L'emplacement est génial. Il s'agit d'un vieil immeuble new-yorkais dont l'appartement loué a été entièrement refait à neuf. Sans être luxueux, il est tout à fait fonctionnel avec des équipements (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cuisine) d'excellente qualité. Parfait pour une famille d'autant qu'il y a nombre de commerces d'alimentation ou de restauration autour.
L'appartement ne se trouve pas à l'adresse indiquée mais au 1070 2ème avenue, quartier tout à fait central mais pas exactement où indiqué sur le site. Autre élément peu apprécié : l'obligation de payer avant sans possibilité de remboursement en cas d'empêchement. En ces temps incertains de navigation aérienne (mon avion a été retardé deux fois), c'est un vrai risque.
