Very Basic and Overpriced

While the location was good, the unit (labeled a studio) was very basic. It had a bed and a bathroom and that is all that was good.

While the location was good, the unit (labeled a studio) was very basic. Basically a 12'x12' room with a bed(without headboard) and a small kitchenette. The bathroom was also small. While there was nothing really wrong, everything was minimal. No blanket, only a top sheet, cheap pillows, no shampoo, miniscule bar of soap. I can't imagine any unit providing less. The A/C worked OK. The unit was worth about 1/2 of the price I paid, I would be in trouble if I brought a wife or girlfriend to stay with me as I was alone. Just not a good value. Stay next door at Naxos Resort and Beach Hotel for about the same price (with a great breakfast)

Un séjour idéal dans un emplacement idéal avec un excellent rapport qualité qualité-prix pathiq

Le fait que le ménage soit fait tous les jours, la communication, le fait d'avoir pu intégrer le studio un peu avant l'heure d'entrée indiquée, le fait de pouvoir laisser mes bagages à la réception avant le départ du bateau, le fait d'avoir la possibilité de cuisiner, le confort du lit, la sympathie de l'accueil et la facilité de communication. L'emplacement très pratique. Le prix peu élevé.

Le lavabo de la salle de bain un peu bouché et le fait que l'eau de la douche mouille inévitablement le sol et la cuvette des toilettes

Ich war gerne unterwegs!

Es wurde täglich geputzt.

Es hatte bereits damit angefangen, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen hatte, als dasjenige, welches ich gebucht hatte. Man gab mir am Ende ein Zimmer im Souterrain mit einer Terrasse, die ich mir mit einer anderen Frau teilen musste. Das Zimmer war voller Motten. Das Badezimmer hatte schimmelige Stellen und eine uralte Fußmatte in der Dusche. Die Dusche ist offen, weshalb nach einer Dusche das ganze Badezimmer zwangsläufig unter Wasser steht. Die Küchenschränke/Regale waren staubig und in einem Topf war ein totes Insekt. Das Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck waren zusammengeklaubt. Genauso wie die sonstige „Küchenausstattung“. Dabei hat kaum ein Topf oder eine Pfanne auf die Herdplatten gepasst. Weshalb die Küche nur halbwegs nutzbar war. Es wurde kein Geschirrtuch bereitgestellt, weshalb ich mir mit einem bereitgestellten Handtuch geholfen hatte. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich angemahnt, dass man mich doppelt die Reinigung der Handtücher zahlen lassen würde und dass ich doch nur fragen sollte, dass ich ein Geschirrtuch bekomme. Das war im selben Gespräch, als ich monierte, dass ich kein Handtuch mit fremden Haaren haben möchte, das ich bekommen hatte. Auf der geteilte Terrasse roch es permanent streng nach Gas und Chemikalien. Das lag daran, dass auf der Terrasse eine Tür zu einem Schuppen war, in dem extrem viel Gas, Farbkübel und sonstiges gelagert wurde. Nachdem ich dies beanstandete glaubte man mir nicht. Daher ist ein gemütliches Essen oder Aufhalten auf der Terrasse nicht möglich. Der Fernseher hatte ausschließlich griechische Sender. Generell kann man konstatieren, dass sich der Ausbaustandard sich seit den 1990er wahrscheinlich nicht mehr geändert hat. Zwar hat die Studiomanagerin mich immer wieder gefragt, ob ich zufrieden sei, jedoch bekomme ich das Gefühl nicht los, dass es sich um eine Touristenfalle handelt. Sehr schade!
