Greenside Retreat - Pointe Royale

Love the area on the golf course. It's peaceful and quiet. Space was adequate for a couples getaway weekend.

There is a large water stain on the living room ceiling that needs repaired/painted. The clock in the living room needs a new battery and the couch needs to be a larger couch with arm rests to be more comfortable. The bathroom sink area is small, which can not be fixed, but less cluttering decor would make more space for bathroom items to be used. All of this is cosmetic, the condo itself was perfect for our stay.

Location was perfect! Plenty of area to walk the dogs. Very quiet, felt very safe. We enjoyed watching the golfers. The fact that it was pet friendly was the most important. The staff was super helpful and quick to respond when I had issues with unlocking the condo and hooking up to the internet.

I would prefer a different condo. The furniture isn't very comfortable. The couch and chair are hard and too low for us old folks. We would prefer a drip coffee maker.

Just the right size for us. nice view of the golf course. The couch is a nice,firm extra bed. Good value

Could use a better ironing board

Location was great in a gated golf village that was a short drive from many preferred destinations within Branson. The 24hr security gate gave great peace of mind. It was quiet and relaxed. The grounds were very well maintained. Lots of amenities within the village. Stylishly pleasing and very clean. It was well stocked with all the basics you need in a kitchen for a short stay. Plenty of linens, laundry in the unit, extra fans(from a fan lover), closet storage, quiet balcony with privacy shades and a good view, great communication from the host. Felt like bang for your buck.

Mattress in bedroom and small sectional in living room could have been more comfortable, but that is not a deal breaker for me.
