Guest Access:
Guests will have private entrance to the condo with a smart lock on the front door. There is plenty of parking in the front of the condo. During busy seasons, a maximum of 3 vehicles is advised.

You are just fifteen minutes from the Branson Strip with its theme parks, theaters, and museums. Getting Around:
Getting to Highland Pointe is a breeze for those traveling by car. We are located within the prestigious Pointe Royale resort, which offers ample parking directly in front of your condo for your convenience. While we recommend having a vehicle to fully explore the attractions of Branson and the surrounding Ozark Mountains, you will find that major local destinations are just a short drive away. For those arriving by air, the Branson Airport is approximately twenty minutes from the resort, while the Springfield Branson National Airport is about an hour drive to the north. Please note that public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, so having your own transport is the best way to enjoy everything the region has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
• STAIRS - This unit is located on the lower level and requires the ability to climb stairs. There are approximately 12 stairs.
• PETS - This property is pet-friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. Please contact us to pay fee separately.
• SERVICE ANIMALS - Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
• Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
• No cats allowed.
• AMENITY DISCLAIMER - The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
• AMENITY AVAILABILITY - Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

We enjoyed our stay as it was quite peaceful and relaxing. The positives: - Gated community with friendly staff- onsite grill had an amazing taco salad and the staff was great- the condo is very nicely decorated- a great collection of board games and cards- every streaming service you can think of is available- the community has a dog park (very small), playground, hiking trails and an area where you can go down to the water which was nice.- Host was pleasant to work with - No major issues that caused us to reach out to the host.There are a few things that could be improved upon though. We did not reach out to the host as it was not of huge concern to us and did not really impact our stay. These are more just general things to let the owner know about.-Back patio gutter downspout needs to be repaired and direct water away from patio. This caused a lot of mosquitoes and mud back there so it wasn't very useful to sit and relax. -The Porch light did not work either.-The shower head needs to be cleaned, removed and reattached. It shoots water out of the sides which then gets all over the floor. The liner needs bleaching or replacing as there is mold on it.-The fridge light is burnt out.-The drywall should be completed around the HVAC ductwork above the closet. I am sure it would be more efficient when cooling the space.-Could use a deep clean and refresh.

Overall a good place to stay. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but doesn’t have any serving bowls. Furniture is comfortable.

Everything was really nice only really issue I ran into was whole it was raining the onning was leaking when I was sitting in it but all in all nice place
