At The Black Bear, we warmly welcome your four-legged family members! We allow one well-behaved dog (up to 20 pounds) per stay, with a one-time $75 pet fee. We kindly ask that your pet be crated when unattended and kept off the furniture at all times. This helps ensure a peaceful and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to the guest.

This was a perfect stay for me and my husband on our way to visit family in Texas. The property was easy to access and just like pictured in the listing. The amenities surrounding the unit were better than described! We were closer to everything. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse restaurant were fantastic!

This place is FABULOUS! It was so clean & had everything you need. Did I say it was FABULOUS! Anna is an excellent host. Communication was great. We didn't actually have to bother her for anything but she let it be known that she was there if we needed her. The balcony was so nice. We were able to watch the fireworks unobstructed. The pool/grill was just a short 1min walk. Also the grill will deliver your order if you place it online. The shower pressure/temperature was perfect. OMG the king-sized bed slept like a dream. We loved everything about this place & are looking forward to booking our next stay in the fall. See you then Anna!
