Clean, well organized. Misrepresented statements regarding golf course & pond view. Golf course "view" is "T" green. Pond view is a stream entry (normally no flow) to a pond. Manager had very poor communications. We had to contact vrbo to obtain access to condo. Upon entering the condo (1 hour late) we messaged the manager with a notice of numerous paint chips all around the condo on door frames & doors. Manager did not respond to our message for 36 hours & then she wanted us to provide pics & details. If this condo has been "remodled" the painters missed all the wood trim & doors.. Manager has a list of todos: wash the towells & the bed sheets, remove trash from condo, load & run dishwasher, no street shoes to be worn in condo. Quickly ran out of hot water in shower. Apparently manager has never been in condo, lives in Florida. Part of our rate included housekeeping but they want tenants to do it all. On a scale of 5*, this manager is a -3*.
