The kitchen was not stocked well at all. I wish there would have been more items such as better quality spatulas, large spoons, mixing bowls, cooking sheets, ziplock bags, foil, etc. I had to make a trip to Walmart to buy some essentials that have been provided in other condos that I have stayed in prior. I also feel that it could have been a bit cleaner. The master bedroom had a few weird spots on the comforter, the bath tub was stained and a few slight paint repairs were needed. The back patio had trash directly behind it. There was a swiffer, old dirty pillow, and a ginormous clump of hair that looked like a dog was shaved and thrown in the yard. I just kept the blinds closed so I didn’t have to look at it. They weren’t something that made me not want to stay the night but just something that I noticed should be addressed.

Good location not on the strip but just minutes from it.

No pillows ( only decorative pillows and shams) no pillow cases, mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. Very limited on silverware, pot handle wobbles and refrigerator sounds like it’s going out. Lost internet for 24 hours and company stated they couldn’t give time to come look at it so my husband had to stay in the condo for the day waiting on them to come look at it. They stopped by left and never came back and never checked back in until it was back on ( 23 hours later). Looking out master bedroom window all you see is trash ( old mop, pillow, and empty wrappers, water bottles) Will never recommend Grand Welcome.
