The Space:
Experience the epitome of sophistication and style at 'The Strip’ vacation rental. Nestled in a prime location, this fun retreat seamlessly blends modern luxury with timeless charm. Step into a beautifully curated space where sleek, contemporary furnishings meet high-end finishes. The open-concept living area features a variety of seating creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation and socializing. Fun and imaginative featured wall art through out living room and hallway--can see a lot of selfies taken here! All fun locations located along the Famous 76 Strip.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cooking dishes to serve up that family meal. A full size washer & dryer is perfect for those with longer stays.
Along the hallway leads to a serene large king bedroom, boasting sumptuous linens and bath right out in hallway. A queen bedroom is at the other end of the hall with another queen bedroom in between. The second full bath with sliding barn door serves these other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with streaming smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services only (bring your own passwords)
In addition to the three bedrooms, the living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa, linens can be found in the master closet. Along with pack n play and high chair.
Step outside to discover a walk out small deck with lots of seating, perfect for enjoying the evening or playing a game. Whether you're exploring the vibrant local area or simply enjoying the serene surroundings, 'The Strip’ rental offers an unforgettable stay where luxury meets comfort.

Enjoy the ease of 'Self-Check-in' anytime after 4pm on your arrival date. You will be sent your personal door access code 24 hours prior to your check-in date.
Free Parking on premises with a two car limit per reservation.
Unit is located on 2nd level which is the main walk-in level. No stairs.
Other Things to Note:
*Outside pool only and is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Please bring your own pool towels for your stay.
*Outdoor grill area is a community area with picnic bench and two built in charcoal grills--please see pictures in listing. This is right at the end of our cul-de-sac. Please be courteous and clean up after use.
*We strive to provide a serene environment for our guests; however, please note that there may be occasional noise disruption due to nearby activities or neighbors. We want to ensure transparency and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
