This is a good location between Branson and Silver Dollar City. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. We were able to contact the local guest service person, Erica, and she helped us with an early check in so that was VERY nice and appreciated.
This property is managed by Evolve and the pet fee is ridiculous and they are not transparent about it before you book. The pet fee was $200.63 for 2 small dogs for 2 nights. Only one dog was able to come but we still had to pay the full amount. It is $50, per pet, per night. This is in addition to the other cleaning fees. I hope that whoever stayed here after us felt like it had received an $400+ cleaning job!
The towels look clean but smell moldy when they get wet. We tried to use a blanket in the closet and it was dirty and stained.
