The location is perfect. I have two disabled guest and the no stairs is is exactly what we need.
II would have liked to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms , You might want to consider cutting a vent into the door to the closet to the air conditioner. It made a lot of noise as there was no vent to circulate air. The air conditioner filter appeared to need to be changed. Over all this is a very nice property. It meet all our needs , no stairs, easy access to the strip, very clean.
