Cómo llegamos después de las 3 PM fue complicado para recoger las llaves el internet en la zona fallaba , 😢

Verrrry central and close to everything (no parking tho) there were 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms, italian old houses style. When we arrived the host was finishing up the cleaning and generally okay. Has the basic amenities for cooking

The door handle was broken as we were made aware of it when we arrived.

Central location within walking distance to all major attractions including a 7 min walk to the SMN station. Spacious accommodation with high ceilings, secure & close to local amenities. Basic ingredients like salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil were available. Stefano was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for places to visit & eat. The microwave didn't work but it was replaced promptly. Providing EU plug adapters was a nice touch as plugs in Italy can test your patience.

The biggest disappointment of the trip was absolutely no Wi-Fi! The router just didn't work. Stefano did try to help but was unsuccessful. We had no Internet for the entire duration of the stay (3 days). The rooms were not ready by the check in time (beds were still unmade) - we had to step out for an hour or so to allow Stefano to get the place ready. Surely the previous tenants may have experienced the same Internet issue but this matter was not rectified - I believe that the for businesses the Internet service should be restored within 24-48hrs. We resorted to leeching free Wi-Fi from surrounding businesses which was at 1 or 2 bars at best. - This is unacceptable nowadays. We know that there is no TV in the accommodation but with 2 teenagers, it's absence (especially with no Internet) was felt acutely & sorely. The plug socket in the living room (under the table) is broken with a 'do not use' post-it stuck on it. The toilet in the common bathroom is "slow" - it flushes slowly, weakly & prone to blockage if stressed. Thankfully we did not have an issue but were always conscious of using the other toilet if needed - unwanted anxiety!
