Es ist ein sehr nettes Haus. Gut Ausgestattet, nur ein Waschmaschine fehlt, sonst hat man wirklich alles. Der Eigentümer sehr nett und freundlich. Nette Nachbarin. Zugang zu See in wenige Meter entfernt, sehr bequem. Sehr Empfehlenswert! ☺️

We spent a wonderful few days at this charming lakefront cottage with our two kids and our dog, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family might need. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.
We were warmly welcomed by the host, who greeted us with a chilled fresh watermelon and a bottle of wine – a lovely surprise and a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay.
The cottage features two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet – which was especially convenient with children. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The interior is warm and inviting, but what truly makes this place special is the outdoor space.
The balcony offers stunning views of Boračko Lake – we enjoyed our morning coffee there every day, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Evenings were especially pleasant, thanks to the cooler mountain air that made sleeping incredibly comfortable, even in the middle of summer.
Outside, the terrace with a fireplace and BBQ area was perfect for dinners and family gatherings. One of the biggest highlights was the private dock right on the lake, equipped with comfortable sun loungers. We spent hours swimming, sunbathing, reading, and just enjoying the beauty and calm of the surroundings. Our kids loved jumping into the water, and our dog had a great time exploring safely near the shore.
The location is perfect – quiet and surrounded by nature, yet close to everything you might need. The only grocery store on the lake is just a one-minute walk away, which was super convenient.
The host was kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The hospitality, combined with the natural beauty of the area, made this one of our favorite family trips so far.
We didn't like what we could not stay longer :)
