חדר בתוך מעין דירת שלושה חדרים בתוך חצר סגורה עם פינות ישיבה. חלל משותף עם פינת אוכל ומטבח וחדר כביסה משותפים. כל החלל המשותף מאובזר להפליא ויש קצת נישנושים ואז כמה מוצרים במקרר שהאורחים יכולים לאכול. החדר נקי ויפה, מעט צפוף אבל נוח.
במקלחת קשה לכוון את חום המים. המיקום מעט בעייתי כי לא ניתן ללכת ברגל בבטחה לאזור החוף והמסעדות.

Ottima struttura. Nuova ed in ottima posizione per visitare Scoglitti e i luoghi vicino. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Sicuramente ci tornerò se nuovamente in zona.

L'alloggio è nuovo, appena ristrutturato. Ci hanno fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto con una bottiglietta di spumante e acqua, sul letto due biscottini di pasta di mandorle e le ciabattine da camera. Sono stati cordiali e celeri nelle risposte, sia per come arrivare alla struttura sia per come accedere con il ceck- in veloce a distanza.
Il bagno, doccia piccola piccola e i sanitari sospesi... il bidet è inutilizzabile troppo attaccato alla parete, essendo sospeso è già corto e in più non si riescono a mettere le gambe perchè lo spazio ai lati è minuscolo. Oltre a questo si aggiunge l'odore in risalita dalle tubature e scarichi. Un consiglio è di rivedere l'armadio, poichè è sistemato proprio davanti al condizionatore e lo copre per metà.. più che altro è un consiglio estetico! Peccato perchè la struttura risulta nuova.
