Comodo anche il parcheggio ! C’è l’ascensore ma molto piccolo e 4 piani di scale … giusto per chi ha delle problematiche diversamente davvero perfetto tutto ! Io l’ho usato per andare a piedi al teatro a vedere la tragedia! Comodissimo

The breakfast made by the proprietor's mother and the washing she kindly did for us. The other guests seemed very pleasant; also, it was an opportunity for my spouse to practice her Italian. I liked the minimalist design of our room. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, although he could have appreciated the Ancient History of his home city a little more! Their accommodation was a marvellous base for conducting field research into the disastrous Athenian Expedition against Syracuse from 415 to 413 BC. A nearby convenience store greatly assisted with our shopping.

The locks to the place we stayed in could have been better. Those were rather stiff! The lift was rather cramped. Also, the fumes from the noisy traffic triggered some wheezing, so the windows had to be closed. The nearby bus services ranged from bad to nonexistent.

Valerio was very helpful, giving instructions for where to park and find the entrance. Lovely home made cake for breakfast. Excellent location for the archeological park. Free parking on large car parking area down some steps from the building.

There is a lift, but there are steps up to it and then it stops half way between floors so more steps. The steps are shallow with handrails though so not too difficult for us. Needed to run some water into the bidet to stop the smell from the drains.

Non è stato possibile eseguire il soggiorno per mancata disponibilità della location

Ho eseguito la prenotazione dopo aver visualizzato la disponibilità della location oer una notte con tanto di messaggio di conferma ricevuto su Booking . Vengo raggiunto dopo una mezz'ora da un messaggio WhatsApp da parte dell' host che si scusa ma dice che lui per quella notte non può ospitarci e che non ci doveva essere neppure la possibilità di prenotare. Ho definito io la rinuncia della prenotazione e lui ha eseguito il consenso al rimborso della cifra già pagata e indicata come non responsabile. Credo alla parola dall'host, ma credo anche che non si possa Booking permettere di dare modo che certe situazioni possano generarsi. Ritengo a mio avviso debba essere eliminata la la clausola di NON rimborsabilità al prenotante perché non è corretto non permettere una rinuncia per motivi che non sono i suoi. Esiste il procedimento di rimborso ma è sempre vincolante ad altre attività da parte dall'host e/o di Booking che può essere non avallata.
