Great location and very clean
We couldnt use the washing machine as it leaked through the ceiling when we used it and it caused us some stress and disruption, we had a 3yr old and a 1 yr old with us so couldnt do the washing which was essential really and one of the reasons we chose the property. The team did send someone quickly but it wasnt useable and the water that leaked made the carpet smell

Freshly renovated, clean, and spacious apartment. We felt very comfortable.
64 stairs to the top floor and 11 steps inside the apartment can be a bit strenuous with luggage ;)

The apartment was fantastic and very clean.
The building work on the ground floor/ground floor flat left a lot of dirt being tracked up the stairs. Visually very disapointing, not the owners fault but the builders should have made an attempt to clean up the mess. More importantly the power to the apartment was off on arrival. This was an external issue that was sorted in a couple of hours, some feedback when turned back on would have been nice. It was dealt with though.
