C2 Résidence CHATT

This property has great parking and is near some amazing beaches. The restaurants in the area are also good. The property has a great view of the beach and has plenty of space. There is a heater in the living room, but not in the bedrooms.

This property seems like it used to be a very nice place. In many ways, it still is. The biggest problem we had is that water leaked in different places. The kitchen floor was very wet due to something leaking near the washing machine (but not the washer itself) and the toilet tank overflowing, keeping the bathroom likewise wet. I asked for a broom but never got one. Therefore, the floor felt sandy/gritty our whole stay. This was fine for a couple nights, but I wouldn't want to stay longer without one as the sheets then also get sandy. I get the sense that the whole place is slowly going downhill.
