It needs some fixes and a deep cleaning but overall the house is great and the views are amazing.

The house is spacious and cozy for our group, the view in the backyard is nice. Appliances meet our expectations.
During the third night, we experienced a power outage, no electricity and water. We had to check into a hotel nearby to spend the night. Property management said it was PG&E issues, and they restored power the next day. However, it has been a week since that incident, and they have not decided whether to reimburse us for the lodging expenses that we incurred that night.
