Escape to this spacious mountain home and enjoy wide open spaces, fresh air, and the natural beauty of the Sierra. Conveniently located just 17 miles from Yosemite National Park South Gate, 6 miles from Bass Lake, and 1 mile from downtown Oakhurst, this home is ideal for family getaways, group trips, and special celebrations.
Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this custom home offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to relax. Set on 2.5+ acres, the property features a large private backyard with room for outdoor activities, peaceful surroundings, and short mini hiking trails for guests young and old to enjoy.
Inside, the home is designed with families and groups in mind. The spacious game room includes a 65-inch Smart TV, pool table, foosball table, dart board, and air hockey, creating the perfect place for fun and connection.
Step outside and enjoy the open patio, complete with a fully set up grill, a large hot tub, hammock, and string lights. The backyard patio is open and inviting, offering a peaceful space to enjoy both mornings and evenings. Guests have especially loved the early morning sun, whether relaxing with a cup of coffee or starting the day with yoga and stretching. In the evening, the patio becomes a warm and welcoming space to unwind and gather.

1 Cal King bed and 1 twin daybed with twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps 4. Includes a propane fireplace not for use in summer months, Smart TV, direct access to the backyard and hot tub, a full walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
BEDROOM 2
Two twin bunk beds and 1 twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps 5.
BEDROOM 3
1 queen bed with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. Sleeps 2.
BEDROOM 4
1 queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 2.

Hall bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from everyday meals to larger family-style cooking. It includes a 4-burner gas stove, double oven, cookware, and appliances such as a blender, griddle, rice cooker, and Instant Pot. The living room features high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a chaise, making it a welcoming place to gather. A 65-inch Smart TV and a selection of board games help keep guests of all ages entertained.

We welcome both small and large groups, and our pricing is structured accordingly. While the home can accommodate up to 14 guests, the base price reflects up to 10 guests. An additional per guest, per night fee applies for guests over 10.
PETS
Our goal is to keep the home allergen free for all guests. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee plus additional cleaning charges.
OUTSIDE FIRES
Per Madera County rules, no fires are allowed from May through October due to dry conditions and wildfire risk. When fire restrictions are lifted, any outdoor fire must be in an approved fire pit or chiminea. Guests may not create their own fire area using rocks or other materials found on the property. This does not apply to the propane BBQ provided for cooking, which may only be used for meal preparation.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For the security of the property, there are 2 front-facing security cameras onsite: 1 Ring doorbell and 1 camera above the garage.

Beautiful, secluded house on large property. Very clean with all necessary amenities. About 1hr 20 minutes drive to the valley. Host was very responsive, easy to get a hold off. Thank you!

Loved the spacious, cleanliness, and location of this wonderful home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a purposeful attention to the details. Close to town and a reasonable distance to Yosemite. The grounds were the wow factor with a hot tub, outdoor seating and screened in seating. The game room was used nightly by the kids. Communication with the owner was spot on. We had a minor problem with the internet, but it was quickly resolved after communicating with the owner.

The location is great. Very near town with restaurants and shopping. The screened in porch is nice although Black Widow spiders were frequently seen. Air conditioning does not work well. Instructed to open windows and use whole house fan but screens all have holes in them so that resulted in many bugs in house at night. The bunk bed room bunks swayed and I do not think it would be safe for someone to sleep on the top bunk. House had some cleanliness issues also. Host was responsive to concerns and even had maintenance check the AC but it did not help.
