Great location, literally 3 min walk from promenade and beach

5th floor without elevator which we knew about prior to arrival. Also towels were very old, it's a shame for such great property to own towels in this condition sandpaper is softer than those towels. I bought some and left in place in hope that this will be noticed. Also, as other guests mentioned, this unit can use some maintenance: bathroom door handle and toilet room handle are falling off and not locking the door. Minor detail but shows owner attention to things like this

La ubicación es excelente, el wifi bueno también! Departamento muy luminoso y espacioso

La mala comunicación, casi inexistente con el anfitrión. Lo hemos llamado varias veces y nunca me ha contestado. La cocina muy linda, solo si no necesitas cocinar… no había un repasador, un bowl para hacer una ensalada, pocos utensilios. La limpieza regular, había feo olor en el baño de forma constante

Didžiausias šio buto privalumas - tai vieta. Puikioje gatvėje pačiame centre. Butas gan švarus. Pilnai įrengta virtuvė. Gana patogi miegamojo lova. Sofa svetainėje neišsiskleidžia. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad butas yra penktame aukšte su gan stačiais ir aukštais laiptais. Lifto nėra.

Keistas man įsiregistravimo laikas - 17val. Trūksta bute prancūziško šarmo. Viskas gan minimalu. Visur trūksta šeimininko rankos - tualeto rankena vos laikosi, vonios kambarys neužsidaro. Vonioje vandens srovė silpna. Aš daug kartų gyvenau Nicoje - šį kartą jaučiuosi šiek tiek nusivylusi.
