El apartamento era muy cómodo, estaba todo en perfecto estado.
La ubicación, el apartamento da directamente a un pasillo por el que puede pasar todo el mundo y por eso no abríamos nunca las cortinas. Se oye demasiado el apartamento de al lado, se escuchaba ronquidos bastante fuertes.

Het appartement is gelegen op een goede uitvalsbasis om Olbia en nabijgelegen plaatsen te ontdekken met de auto. Het is iets wat ver van het centrum, maar ook daar hadden we direct een goede, veilige en heel betaalbare parking gevonden.
De gratis parking voor de deur van de accomodatie waar er altijd plaats is, is een groot pluspunt.
De accomodatie is proper, enkel het meubilair (kasten, schuiven,...) komen een beetje 'cheap' over. Voor de rest bevat het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf.

Good location, bus stop right in front of the building. There is a supermarket in walking distance and a café downstairs. You can also rent a car in the gas station cross the street.
The insulation of the room is bad, but luckily the neighbors were not that loud

The apartment was new, so everything in it was brand‑new. It was spotless. A few large shops were very close by. We had a car, so for us the centre was just a 3–5 minute drive away. Every day we jogged in a nearby park. There was a coffee shop on the ground floor, and several restaurants within walking distance. I definitely recommend.
