The flat was very clean and spacious, with each room well-lit and equipped with its own AC. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with enough kitchenware for at least six people. Both toilets were spotless, and the location was convenient. just a 14-minute walk to Olbia city centre.
there was no house rule or information booklet provided, which would have been helpful. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in our apartment after 72 hours of trying to contact the host and eventually reaching out to Booking.com, we received the Wi-Fi details but still couldn’t connect. Another guest mentioned having a Wi-Fi box in their flat, but ours had none. The kitchen was missing a microwave despite the listing photos showing one, and the electricity often tripped even with minimal appliance use. The oven also shut off after about 10 minutes of use.
I would rate our experience 3 out of 5 stars, and it could easily have been a 4 if there had been proper communication from the host when we experienced Wi-Fi issues. The flat itself was clean, spacious, well-lit, and conveniently located close to Olbia city centre, but the lack of Wi-Fi throughout our 7-night stay, the absence of a microwave (despite being shown in the listing), and the oven cutting off after a few minutes made things quite disappointing. I hope the host addresses these issues and improves communication for future guests.

Very bright, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we required.
The email advising us that we would not be met at the property arrived after we had started travelling therefore I did not have all the information I expected and needed to gain access. I had to call the host who, thankfully, was able to direct us and get us access to the property.

The location is great, walk distance to a supermarket and near by very good pizza (Il Vesuvio). Closed to a nice park and not far from city center. Free parking is at the street in front of the apartment and also can park on the street behind and enter in the rear entrance.
Big balcony with open view and well equipped kitchen (including Makineta!), We got more then enough towels in all size.
Entering the apartment instruction is very easy and continent.
The apartment floor was not so clean. A minimal requirement is to receive a new sponge for the dishes and also a full dispenser of dishwashing liquid (especially when there is no dishwasher).
