Great room with everything you need for visiting Olbia, very close to the Airport and in walking distance of town centre. Well arranged Check-in: the hosts were very hospitable and took there time to explain everything and gave some tips going into town and how to travel around (walking/bus etc).

The room was not really big: just one (comfortabel) chair to sit in. However there was a spacious kitchen and other areas with some tables and chairs for shared use. We didn’t use it as we went for dinner in town and had to catch an early flight.

È ottima la posizione, in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro, dove si trova il b&b che è stato totalmente ristrutturato da poco e risulta, oltre che nuovo, molto bello, super confortevole, pulitissimo, dotato di cucina e sala comune con tv giochi e libri. Lucilla e Manuela sono molto accoglienti, gentilissime e ci hanno dato ottimi suggerimenti per tutto: spiagge, luoghi da visitare, ristoranti e qualunque cosa gli abbiamo chiesto. The property was clean, and an easily walkable area, and the owners are tremendous.

There was nothing I did not like about the property. I have stayed all over the world in different places, and this was efficient, clean, and I can’t say enough about the owners.

It was very clean and Manuela and Lucilla were wonderful and very helpful hosts, who made a lot of effort to tell us things we wanted or needed to know. The accommodation was great in the fact that it was well located being a 15 minute walk into town and the bus stops were located minutes away, so that you could use local buses to get into town, visit the beaches or get to and from the airport on a 2 or 10 bus very cheaply. We liked that the rooms had mini fridges and there was a kitchen too with a fridge to prepare meals and upstairs room to eat in too. We had a small balcony too.

The views weren’t particularly pretty from any of the windows.
