COOP Live Etihad Luxury Pad

Excellent location

Easy to find , park the car and excellent location to the stadium

Perfect location for Coop Live. Took all of 5 mins to get back after the concert, then watched all the standstill traffic for 2 hours feeling very smug.

The blinds stop zero light and the bedding is quite heavy so staying in the summer requires a fan and an eye mask I imagine.

Proximity to Etihad and Co-op live, other facilities on your doorstep, free secure parking . Nice tidy clean apartment and good communication with the owner/manager.

Good location for events at coop live stadium, and parking good addition, clean.

Could do with updating in areas, bedroom was good but for a luxury pad you would expect a tv in the bedroom, sofa was small and very used in the living room, wouldn’t say it was a luxury pad it’s a block of flats , your just staying in a flat for the night, I wouldn’t stay for more than one night, also on the day was told I need to pay £30 refundable payment to be able to park at the property, with the price you pay to stay over wouldn’t expect that even if it is refundable just to use the permit, on a whole the building smelt of cannabis going up to the flat, I just wouldn’t describe it as a luxury stay nor think it’s worth the £170 I paid to stay for one night.
