Excellent communication from the hosts.
The location was perfect as we were attending a gig at COOP Live and the property is literally just across the road 😊
The apartment was very clean and comfortable 🥰
Free car parking space is a huge bonus.
It appears that the element in the oven may need to be replaced as we tried to cook a couple of pizzas but the oven couldn't heat up. We tried grilling them instead which resulted in one of the pizzas getting burnt 🤦♀️
The lights from the Etihad stadium shine through the blinds in the bedroom which disturbed my partner, however blackout blinds or secondary curtains would help massively.

Excellent location
Easy to find , park the car and excellent location to the stadium

Perfect location for Coop Live. Took all of 5 mins to get back after the concert, then watched all the standstill traffic for 2 hours feeling very smug.
The blinds stop zero light and the bedding is quite heavy so staying in the summer requires a fan and an eye mask I imagine.
