Was comfortable, with secure parking and convenient place to stay for what we needed it for.
It wasn't as clean as we expected it to be, however we do have high expectations.

Location for Co-op arena was 10/10 (and Etihad stadium) Asda superstore and McDonalds and Starbucks just round the corner Beds were really comfortable too ☺️
Looks a little tired in some places could do with an update in some areas

The proximity to the Etihad and coop live was great. It meant we could avoid all the queues for the tram after the event ended
The bedrooms needed a little bedside light otherwise it was very dark when switching off the main light, but wasn’t a huge issue. A little noisy because of the road but the owners have done what they ca with the double glazing windows so it wasn’t horrendous.
