It was just perfect for our 1 night stay in order to attend an event at the Etihad Stadium ie a short walk across the road and an ASDA store also very close for food purchases. We felt very relieved when we enjoyed a drink on the balcony after the performance and looked down on the stationary cars below - indeed the traffic jam was there for a long, long time!
The apartment was clean and kitchen well equipped (although we didn't cook anything ourselves). The access instructions were very clear and the host responded to our parking permit query very promptly. I strongly recommend and would definitely want to book again myself.
The only negative issues:
1. The parking permit was not on the coffee table as per instruction, but was located in the postbox downstairs after a message to the host - which he responded to very quickly. We were concerned, however, that the permit ran out on our 2nd day, so technically we were just covered for the day of arrival and not the morning we left.
2. The duvet was much too heavy for summer - I took the cover off and just had that over me.
3. The shampoo etc in the bath were empty.

Stayed for an event at the coop live arena, it had a view of the area and the Etihad from the balcony and was nice to just have to cross the road and not sit in traffic afterwards. The apartment had everything we needed, we stayed on the hottest day of the year but a portable air con unit and a fan were brought to us not long after check in and kept us cool for the stay. The parking was included and nice and secure.
We did have to call and ask for the access codes which had not yet been sent by check in time but were promptly sent over after. The shower seemed to run out of hot water very quickly, which didn’t matter too much during a heatwave but imagine if more than one person wanted to shower might be an issue.
