Çok güzel bir ev, rahatça yayılabiliyorsunuz. Konumu çok iyi, ihtiyacınız olana anında erişebilirsiniz. Floransanın merkezine de yakın. Floransanın geceleri Roma ve Milanodan çok daha hareketli. Sokaklar şenlik, geç saatte dönseniz bile güvensiz hissettirmeyecek konumda.

Yastıkları çok kötü, kafanızı yastığa koymanız ile yastığa gömülmeniz aynı anda oluyor. Klimayı hiç kullanmadık ancak sürekli buz kırma sesi geliyordu ve su akıtıyordu. Banyosu dar.

Il n'y pas de fenêtre sur la rue et on ne voit pas le ciel. Les fenêtres que l'on voit sur les photos donnent sur une mini courette. Le réglage de la climatisation n'est pas au point car elle a coulé toute la journée et la nuit (nous ne l'avons pas utilisée car c'était le printemps) néanmoins nous l'avons signalé car ça fait du bruit quand même et quelqu'un est venu "réparer" sans succès. Il y avait 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 4 jours, nous avons du faire un message pour en avoir d'autre. La clé de l'immeuble ne fonctionnait pas très bien il fallait de la patience pour ouvrir la porte.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccezionale per visitare Firenze: a 100 metri da Ponte Vecchio, di fronte a Palazzo Pitti, nel quartiere di Santo Spirito (top) e a 50 metri dalla stazione dei taxi. Inoltre è arredato con cura, con un bagno di dimensioni adeguate

L'appartamento è privo di dotazioni essenziali per la caratteristica "deluse": in cucina mancavano lo scolapasta (poi consegnato), il tagliere, le forbici. La camera è senza armadio, ma ha solo uno stand per appendini, presenti purtroppo in numero troppo basso. L'appartamento viene dichiarato per 4, ma non c'è spazio adeguato per conservare i vestiti. Il divano letto ha una parte molto scomoda

Location was great. Right around the corner from a Taxi station.

The key to the main apartment outside was not working as it was supposed to. After many tries and with much frustration, we figured out that the key had to be held in a "special" position in order for the door to open. This is not good. The lock needs to be fixed. I rated my stay fair because of this.
