This property is the best location in the Oltrarno! You are within a few steps of great restaurants, gelaterias, cafes and the 2 bridges that cross over to the other side. The one issue we had was with the air conditioner that didn’t work. We brought it to the attention of the property manager but sadly it was never resolved after they had said they would send someone to fix it. Otherwise, you can’t beat the location and the size of the apartment was huge by Italian standards!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Around the corner, from one of my favorite restaurants, 4 Leone. The apartment has very high ceilings and is a very big space. Perfect for four people. I would stay here again.

This was a spacious apartment with one sleeping area quite separate from the other. This would work well for a family of older kids or two couples etc but didn’t work well for our two young kids. No problem though since they just slept with us! The air conditioner wasn’t strong enough for the large space and was only effective near the unit. It didn’t reach the bedroom areas.
The floor needs a good cleaning. It’s made of porous tile and I know that collects dirt easily but I don’t think it had been mopped. Our feet were dirty from walking around barefoot.
Otherwise, it was great and a wonderful location, close to lots of great things to see and do!

Spacious, cute apartment albeit needs some refurbishment. Air conditioning not working properly and washing machine not working.
The location and lift was fantastic.
