Great space, lots of good local food around. However air conditioning didn’t work We loved that there was a washer machine there. As we were half way through our trip and it was needed.

I rented a large villa on the 2nd floor and got it, except the hot water didn't work... So they moved us to another unit which was tiny by comparison, on the 4th floor. We had a lot of luggage and had to spend our vacation moving locations instead of enjoying Florence. The owner is not especially friendly nor did she think that our inconvenience and smaller unit was her problem. I will NOT be recommending her properties to anyone.
