Stay away from this room and the host!! HORRIBLE, Never again!
Only the location in the Dolomites
An absolute nightmare – never again!
This accommodation was a complete disaster and not like what was described on Booking.com. The listing is downright misleading – at times bordering on deliberate fraud.
Instead of two bedrooms, there was only one – the other was just a walk-through room with zero privacy. The supposedly "French double bed" turned out to be a basic uncomfortable sofa bed, which was placed right in the entrance/dining/living area.
The bathroom was extremely minimal – the shower could only be used while sitting with your legs bent, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. The so-called "flat-screen TV" was smaller than an average computer monitor – just ridiculous.
When we arrived, there were insects in the apartment – clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The dishes were also dirty, with limescale stains and food residue everywhere. The tap water was so full of limescale that it was practically unusable.
The photos on Booking.com were clearly taken in a way that hides the true condition of the place – extremely manipulative. The furniture had obviously been rearranged to make it look like there was a proper living room, which in reality didn’t exist at all.
Even worse: we were constantly disturbed because our doorbell was directly connected to the main building entrance – we had people ringing nonstop. On top of that, the apartment was on the top floor with no elevator, which was never mentioned in the listing.
The so-called "fully equipped kitchen" had no oven, no kettle, no coffee machine, no microwave, no dishwasher, and not even a dish towel. There was literally nothing you’d expect for even basic self-catering.
To top it all off, we were charged more than what was shown in the booking – despite all taxes and fees supposedly being included. When we tried to resolve this, communication with the host was a nightmare: rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to address any of the issues we raised.

FANTASTICO APPARTAMENTO, CALDO PULITO E COMODO, VICINO POCHI METRI AL PAESE ED ALLE PISTE
L'appartamento ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Tutto rivestito in legno, molto caldo e confortevole.
L'ambiente era molto pulito, così come la biancheria da letto e da bagno.
La camera soggiorno è ben fruibile nonostante il letto sia nel medesimo ambiente ma richiudibile se necessario.
Il bagno seppur piccolo ha una vasca doccia comoda e tutto funziona perfettamente.
Inoltre il palazzo è nuovo e dotato di parcheggio gratuito sotto casa nonchè vicinissimo alle piste da sci ed ai negozi del centro paese.
Avevamo letto altre recensioni negative ma sono assolutamente non veritiere !!

Es war sauber.
Adresse stimmte nicht mit der Adresse in Booking überein, die richtige Adresse stand in einer WhatsApp Nachricht.
Das Bad war sehr klein, man konnte kaum aufrecht darin stehen, vor allem in der Dusche nicht (Sitzbadewanne mit Duschschlauch). Kein Korkenzieher vorhanden (in Italien??). "Aussicht" nur durch ein kleines Zimmer nach draußen und ein Fenster in der Küche in ca 2 m Höhe. Kein WLAN - Code zu finden (war allerdings auch nicht in der Ausstattung aufgeführt).
Insgesamt für die "Ausstattung" zu teuer.

Posizione buona, doccia e carta igienica non pervenute!
La posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo erano buoni, c'era anche molto parcheggio.

Le foto non rispecchiavano tanto la realtà, soprattutto quella del bagno.
Non era possibile fare la doccia in piedi e al microfono non è permesso di stare appeso al muro, quindi fare una doccia risulta una bella lotta per gli adulti.
La cucina è minimal e piccola ma è fruibile.
Purtroppo spero sia stata una mancanza mancava la carta igienica. Siamo andati a comprarla senza problemi, ma dopo aver mandato un messaggio al titolare non ho ricevuto una risposta.
Basta dire che è una dimenticanza, sul lavoro tutto può succedere.

Accogliente ma per non più di 2/3 inquilini alla volta
La posizione, la vista e la quiete
Non so se sia sfuggito a noi in fase di prenotazione, ma la struttura era sprovvista di ascensore e con ben 54-55 scalini da fare ogni volta che si doveva scendere o salire, diciamo che con un neonato non è stata una passeggiata. Inoltre il bagno è veramente di dimensioni microscopiche, una sola finestra ad altezza persona in tutto l’appartamento (nella cameretta e anch’essa piuttosto ridotta di metratura) più un paio di finestrine alte da aprire con un bastone in quello che si può definire una sorta di ingresso/soggiorno/camera…insomma, sconsigliato a chi soffre di claustrofobia ed è più alto di 1,75m.
Breve appunto che non ha niente a che fare con le condizioni dell’appartamento, gli inquilini del piano di sotto (non so se fissi oppure occasionali) hanno avuto il coraggio di lamentarsi per presunti e decisamente fantasiosi spostamenti di mobilio alle ore 23, quando in realtà si trattava solo di avere pazienza per un bimbo che gattonava (peraltro non più tardi delle 21-21.30)
