Perfect for a short or long stay
Easy key collection via key box, we booked very last minute but the owner was super quick to respond and give us instructions (and helpful dinner recommendations). The apartment has been really newly renovated, with a nice shower, comfy bed and everything you could need in the kitchen to cook if you were staying longer - we were only there overnight. The air conditioning was amazing after a long hot day, and there’s easy parking. It’s only a 5 minute drive down to the lake and the Feriolo restaurants/supermarkets/boats etc.
A minor point was the Wifi kept dropping out but the owner did apologise and say it was because she was using a temporary solution and the day we were leaving she had a permanent solution being installed so this shouldn’t be a problem for anyone else in the future.

Wij zijn hier voor 1 nacht geweest. Op doorreis, omdat familie op camping in de buurt stonden. Alles is aanwezig voor een verblijf van meerdere dagen. Netjes en schoon.
De lokatie vind ik zelf niet uitnodigend voor meerdere dagen. Je kunt niet buiten zitten.

Letto M.I.C.I.D.I.A.L.E. In Memory foam comodissimo. Cucina con tutti i comfort del caso Aria condizionata Bagno spazioso Parcheggio defilato dalla strada e sempre disponibile a 8 MT dal portone (comodo per moto ) . Con un mezzo è in posizione strategica a 2 minuti da Gravellona Toce . Bed A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Super comfortable memory foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary comforts. Air conditioning. Spacious bathroom. Parking area slightly set back from the street and always available, just 8 meters from the entrance (great for motorcycles). With a vehicle, it's in a strategic location—just 2 minutes from Gravellona Toce.
La mia linea Vodafone in casa non prende, mentre all esterno si è il wifi ha un segnale basso, ma avendo utilizzato l abitazione come punto d appoggio, non ne ho sentito troppo la mancanza . My Vodafone signal didn’t work inside the house, while outside it was fine. The Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak, but since I only used the house as a base, I didn’t really miss it that much.
