For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers. 50 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 2.2 km, shopping centre 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, grass beach "Feriolo" 6.2 km. Nearby attractions: Stresa 13 km, Orta San Giulio 15 km. Please note: car recommended.
